Do I have to create an account on Saturn to be able to purchase?

No, you do not need to create an account to shop on Saturn, but creating an account gives you the following benefits:

- Quick purchase upon completion of the ordering process

- Track the status of your order

- View previous orders - Make the return process through your account

- Create lists of your favorite items

- Modify your account information

- Change your password

 
 
Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you click on “View Shopping cart and Purchase”, you will be redirected to the “View Shopping cart” page, and there you will find the appropriate field to enter the code that you received with the discount coupon. The grand total will be adjusted accordingly.

How do I use purchase credit?

1- Log in to your Saturn account

2- Add the items you want to buy to the shopping bag

3- Complete the purchase process

4- Add the purchase balance value (you can find this option under the payment method) 5- Click on “Use”

How long does it take for out of stock items to return?

There is no specific time - but fortunately you can be the first to know if the product is back in stock by choosing the desired size and then clicking (Notify Me) next to the size, and we will send you an email if the product is back in stock.

What do I do if I forget my password?
