4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Saudi Arabia: Delivery within 2 business days.
From Turkey to Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days.
From Turkey to GCC countries: 3–5 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Zohal Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Customers must notify us within 3 hours of receiving the product if it does not meet expectations.
Notification can be made via email (info@zohalfashion.com) or message.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
