At Zohal Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned or exchanged.

1. Return Notification

  • Customers must notify us within 3 hours of receiving the product if it does not meet their expectations.

  • Notification should be made via email at info@zohalfashion.com or by message.

  • Requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective :

  • Items on sale or clearance.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Accessories and undergarments for hygiene reasons.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Zohal Fashion will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via PayTabs.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
