At Zohal Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned or exchanged.
1. Return Notification
Customers must notify us within 3 hours of receiving the product if it does not meet their expectations.
Notification should be made via email at info@zohalfashion.com or by message.
Requests made after this time frame may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective :
Items on sale or clearance.
Personalized or customized products.
Accessories and undergarments for hygiene reasons.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Zohal Fashion will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via PayTabs.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
